We all are being subjected to unbearable noise pollution by using 3rd runway that infact was never required as is evident from the table herein below:-

Therefore, in view of the above, ours is the only country that has luxury of having surplus capacity that too without any requirement.
The Authorities despite having agreed in principle to provide short term relief have failed to implement the same. The closure of runway 29 is otherwise essential from operational efficiency point and to save the avoidable waste of precious power. Since the authorities continue to be in deep slumber we have no option but to seek judicial recourse
Therefore, in view of the aforesaid, we request you to please join us on 14th March 2009 at 11.30 am at India Spinal Injuries Center to discuss the matter and decide way forward.
