Hon’ble Primi Minister of India,, Hon’ble Her Execellency Mrs. Pratibha Patil

 

We have addressed series of mails to, Director General Civil Aviation, MOEF, CPCB, Delhi Police , Minister for Civil Aviation and marked copies to you as well First Lady. Unfortunately no action what so ever has been initiated by any one the authorities. It appears our efforts to draw your attention as well as attention of all those who matter have failed to evoke any response as the matter belongs to sufferings of patients, school children, senior citizens, youngsters as well as professionals who cannot afford to have political or Bureaucratic pull and push in comparison to the clout being enjoyed by the Private players who have access to the galleries of power and those who matter.

 

The shocking information received by us under RTI is that the Ministry of Civil Aviation is clueless about the facts and the MOEF has cleared third runway without mandatory Environmental Clearance. The Runway was cleared merely on submission of report by the GMR. The scanned copies of both the letters are attached with this mail for your ready reference.

 

It appears that all the Statutory authorities have turned blind eye to the whole issued that is affecting population of about  two lacs and are not bothered as they are being taken care off by the DIAL/GMR.

 

May I remind both of you the oath taken at the time of swearing in ceremony where both of you have assured the Citizens of the Country that both of you would abide by the Constitution of the Country and serve the Citizens of India?

 

This has become necessary in view of the totally casual careless attitude by your office as well as the officers subordinate and citizens continue to suffer,.

 

May we solicit your urgent and immediate attention in the matter before the Citizens of the Country start loosing faith in the system as well as your offices.
